Rehan Ahmed Insolvency Practitioner and Director
Rehan graduated from Law School and began his insolvency career in 2005 with an insolvency practice in Bradford. Over the next four years he helped the company grow exponentially into one of the largest Personal Insolvency Practices in the country. In 2011, Rehan established Kingsland Business Recovery with a view to offer innovative solutions for distressed businesses and individuals whilst providing individually tailored solutions.
In Rehan’s day to day role, he advises businesses in challenging situations, debtors, creditors and other stakeholders on contentious and non-contentious matters, at all stages of the decline curve. This includes advice on informal turnarounds and restructurings as well as formal insolvency processes such as administration, receivership, company voluntary arrangements and liquidation.
In March 2017, Rehan successfully passed his professional exams and qualified as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
