Compulsory Liquidation (Creditors/Debtors Petition)

A Compulsory Liquidation commences after a petition to the court is made, usually by a creditor who is owed more than £750.

As this process is a court led procedure an Official Receiver is appointed from the court to perform the liquidation. The Official Receiver would specifically undertake the investigation into the insolvency of the Company.

If you are a creditor who has presented a petition or a director of a Company who has had a petition presented, contact one of our directors to talk you through each insolvent procedure.
